I have a hard time not expecting weight to drop immediately

I am trying to actually loose weight and not let myself this time. Looking for a good support group. I need to loose about 55lbs, and I have a hard time not expecting the weight to drop immediately. I also need some ideas for motivation. Im a full time college student with a 30-40 hr/week job. feel free to add me also

    U will build muscle first before the fat will start dropping off so it may take a minute before u start seeing the results that u want
