Back - hopefully for "good"
Okay - I just want to say - I'm happy to be back in the lifestyle. Sandy really threw the curve-ball, but not my fridge is well stocked with protein, fruits, veggies, almond/coconut milk, coconut oil - and I can't wait to feel better again - of course I'm sure I'll experience the carb flu, but I know it goes away :) .

Strangest food item eaten for breakfast
What is the strangest food item you have eaten for breakfast - currently I'm eating a turkey chili with lots of beans. Not a typical breakfast. I also have eaten grilled calamari salad this week. What is the strangest you have eaten for breakfast?

Weight loss and fat % increase
Okay - so yesterday I got measured at my gym - doing some PT sessions. I lost about 5lbs from the time of my original assessment but my body fat % went up - can anyone help explain HOW. Feeling quite discouraged!!! Thank you.
