Thoughts on Nuun tablets?
As I'm experimenting with IF I'm also being extra mindful of electrolytes. I've been having broth in the mornings, but as I keep a water bottle going all day, I'm exploring other options. I picked up some Nuun hydration tablets at Whole Foods. https://nuun.com/products/nuun-all-day/ https://nuun.com/products/nuun-active/…

What are we eating?
I've been trying to focus a bit more on what I'm eating. Not just how many calories, but WHAT. Lately breakfast has been one of the following: cottage cheese and avocado poached egg and avocado peanut butter on half a whole grain flat out wrap green smoothie with kale, berries and seeds etc Or a quest bar, because I'm…

new prescription, hells bells lol
I "lost" my sleep again a while back. Doc gave me a very simple prescription, something I've used before. I thought nothing of it. For those who eat bread...
I've been using the flatout wraps lately. Whatever Costco has at the moment, be it "light" or "protein up, carb down". While I prefer the flavor of the "light" wraps, the "protein up, carb down" wraps are pretty good food delivery systems. And Costco seems to have those more often. Fooducate gives them a B grade. 18C/10f.…

Sleep tracking reliability
How many times does your fitbit say you were awake and restless on a given night? I know it over estimates my sleep, but am curious about the rest. (no pun intended)
