Losing inches but not pounds.
I have lost 15 1/2 total inches in the past two months but have only lost 8 pounds. What is up with that? I love the way my clothes feel but am not seeing it on the scale. What is happening? New and looking for a challenge
I am at this diet/workout thing again! I am a huge stress eater and work 12 hours a day. Not a good combo. I plan on being on here every day for the next week to start. I also plan to work out 3 times this week and post my food. How do I find a new challenge to get into?
