Hey what are you doing to get those abs? What was your starting weight? I started at 240 3 weeks ago and have lost 8 pounds and one pant size. I love wearing those baggy pants! Ev eryone is noticing. I want a tummy like yours.

How long have you been doing this? I would love to be muscular. Not like a frog but lookin like I could handle myself. How did you get started? What is your routine? I am doing WW, lifting 5 times a week and cardio 7 times a week.

On the subject of weight loss- I started WW yesterday. I went to tan and to the gym today and plan on being there tomorrow. I will also be seeing my atty tomorrow. I hope to be able to bounce a quarter off of my *kitten* by Christmas!

I am at this diet/workout thing again! I am a huge stress eater and work 12 hours a day. Not a good combo. I plan on being on here every day for the next week to start. I also plan to work out 3 times this week and post my food. How do I find a new challenge to get into?
