Today i went way over my cals but didn't have time to work out so is it ok to do the exercise Monday or Tuesday and put it down for Sunday? don't like completing a day till i have it back under my limit

These days life in general is so busy, often the only time you have a chance for exercise is after house work dinner dishes washing etc. Would love to work out in morning but leave home at 6.20am
Hey guys! Just discovered the website and love it! so do you mostly concentrate on your final calorie intake or is the carbs protein fat just as important? What do you guys focus on? I've been finding it hard to keep my protein levels under my limit.. X
