is it ok if i overeat monday, do the exercise tues?

Today i went way over my cals but didn't have time to work out so is it ok to do the exercise Monday or Tuesday and put it down for Sunday? don't like completing a day till i have it back under my limit

Doesn't matter as long as Calories eaten < Calories burnt0

It's worked out fine for me so far. I sometimes move extra calories to the next day to burn and keep an eye on my weekly calorie total.0
