Goals for June!
Well since most of the month of May was a wash and I did not keep up with my goals, I am going to try again with the same goals I had set for May .... 1.) Drink 98oz of water everyday (6 Bottles/12Cups)** 2.) 10,000 Steps per day*** 3.) Be down to my next "Mini-Goal" of 190lbs

Week 5 Day 2 Check-In!! FINALLY got my @$$ back to the gym today after 3 weeks off, and I feel great! Now tomorrow I will probably hate myself but thats ok lol I did Shoulders/Chest/Back and Abs and about 2 miles on the treadmill!
