Cals vs Fiber
I had two years of old mfp data that I exported and then did some polynomial curve fitting to the daily cals vs fibre data. I was surprised that it looks like my calorie intake gets curbed at about 30g which is pretty close to what the experts recommend for a 200 lb man.
