Voice Clipboard for iOS?

I made a simple voice clipboard for my Android phone that I use to log stuff quickly during the day and then when I have time I copy it all into MFP. I was wondering if anyone knows if there is something similar already for iOS that my wife could use on her iPhone? I have been looking all over the Apple Store but didn't see anything quite like mine with quick voice entry.

I actually can enter stuff in faster than this video by clicking on the left hand side of the widget instead of the + symbol.
