Hi, Saw the T25 workout advertised the other day and it looks awesome! For those of you that have either done it or are in the process of completing the course, I'd be interested to know your thoughts? Is it worth the money? Hi, I have a fitbit ultra and have it synced to mfp account. Today I recorded a workout session on fit bit and it equated to 358 cals.. fat burning heart rate zone
hi just wondering if anyone else finds it hard to keep their heart rate in the fat burning range? also what is everyone's zone..mine is 132-135 according to my hrm..is that right? I'm 28 and 150cm. what do people do to keep it at right level...?

Calorie goal - very confused
