Giving up Meat
I have slowly been giving up meet since August. I gave up red meat and starting today, all meat together. I have never been one to really enjoy any bean recipes, but I am willing to give it a try!! If you know any great vegetarian dishes or ways to get more protein, please share!!

I still don't understand why I'm not losing. I workout on average 100 minutes a day with intense cardio and strength training, excluding any classes or one on ones I teach. I've lost 100lbs but still have another 100 to lose and I haven't lost in weeks. I eat usually around 1900 calories just b/c of how active I am. I…

CALORIES
So, I have lost 101 lbs and I am STUCK. MFP says my calories are like almost 3000 b/c of the way I exercise (I am an instructor so I workout usually at least 3 hours a day). I eat well, I exercise but I have difficulty eating all of those calories AND my weight isn't going ANYWHERE!! Can someone please help? I am getting…

I'm New!!
Hi all!! I am Melissa. I started my health journey back in January and have lost 100lbs. I have plateaued and need some help. I exercise 4-5 hrs a day (I am a Zumba instructor and teach a few other fitness classes). I hope to find encouragement and support here as well as ideas to bust this plateau!!
