Seriously.....help!!

I still don't understand why I'm not losing. I workout on average 100 minutes a day with intense cardio and strength training, excluding any classes or one on ones I teach. I've lost 100lbs but still have another 100 to lose and I haven't lost in weeks. I eat usually around 1900 calories just b/c of how active I am. I drink a lot of water and eat no red meat, a lot of veggies and fruits and also eat whole grain. I drink at least 10 glasses of water a day and I don't drink soda. So....please, if anyone can help me understand why I'm not losing, I would love to hear it.

Have you been eating the same amount of calories every day? And the exercises you do, are they the same as well? Do you eat your exercise calories back?
I didn't lose for a couple weeks and had to change things up.. I started zig-zagging my calories and started incorporating strength training with cardio.0 -
I don't eat the same everyday...my calories depend on how much exercising I am doing. I do Zumba everyday...and run every few days as well as a circuit training 3 days a week and x fit two times a week.0

I am not sure whats happening, but I tell you what happened to me when I started this journey.
I tried to eat more than you should like you 1800 calorie a day I also worked out 60-120 minutes a day and eat pretty well each day and there was no loss till I figured that its still coming down to what I eat so I started to moderate my foods and went back to 1200 calories a day. Guess what I started to lose weight. Each week I lost at least 1or -2 lbs and now I can say that I lost a total of 22 lbs. My goal is still to lose another 20 lbs, but I learned something. Different things works for different people. Nutrition is 80% important and only 20% important what you do for workout.
I workout 6 times a week for 20-30 minutes no more stress about hours to suffer. I am losing slowly and enjoying everything that I eat.
I would go back to 1200 calories if I were you and moderate the foods more.

I guess I can try that. I was told to increase my calories since I am a fitness instructor and do so much....and people were telling me that my body would think it was starving if I was only eating 1200 calories and burning more than that. In fact, for my weight, Jillian Micheals recommends 1530 for lightly active people. But, I will try it....100lbs lost is great but I still have more to go and really want to be another 50lbs lighter by Memorial day.0

Talk to a Doctor about what your body really needs to determine whether its less or more calories.
My guess would be more, expecially since you stated something about "excluding any classes or one on ones I teach".
Do you use an HRM to calculate your calories burned?
I would lean more towards needing to mix things up, but it sounds like you are VERY active already...so how do you change it up more?
From the sounds of your activity level I would belive that if you tried to cut back to 1200 calories you will quickly have no energy for your activitiy. Your body needs a balance of fresh fuel and fat burning to keep you going strong. Talk to a Doctor or nutritionalist at least.
You don't need to starve yourself to lose weight, as you have already proven. You can get back to losing, I would highly suggest that extreme ways won't be the answer as they tend to not be something anyone can sustain.

I am from Hungary-Europe lived in 3 different country and what they say over there eat 1200 calories if you want to lose weight and you will. This calorie intake is the normal intake that an average woman needs no more. We are not athletes who are working out hours in the gym therefore we don't need as much calorie as much we think we do, but like I said different things works for different people for me it work very well I don't even eat 1200 calorie anymore I think I am around a 1000 and still lose no hunger eating a lot but low calories moderated foods like I said Try it for a month and if it doesn't work change.I guess I can try that.
