so i just started doing "insanity" again after a long time off! i'm using hubbys My Protein Strawberry Whey, with skimmed milk straight afterwards. is this the most idea stuff? or should i be using something more suited to a femal doing insanity rather than what hubby uses, i.e. a male doing heavy lifting?? thanks in…

motivation or lack of!!
i seem to be really lacking in my motivation at the moment! i'm not looking for a miracle cure, i've been doing this long enough to know the drill, i know i need to eat less and move more and calorie count and stick to it etc, i guess i'm looking for a bit of a kick, a pep talk, any tips that help you etc? i do really well…

1200 cals
Hi there does anyone else find it really difficult to eat 1200? i've tried yesterday and today and not be able to, i've come in at around 1300 both days - any hints? or advice? thanks N
