i seem to be really lacking in my motivation at the moment!
i'm not looking for a miracle cure, i've been doing this long enough to know the drill, i know i need to eat less and move more and calorie count and stick to it etc, i guess i'm looking for a bit of a kick, a pep talk, any tips that help you etc?
i do really well for a day or two or even a week then i have a bad day or two or even a week, and so this vicious cycle carries on, it can fluctuate when it happens but alot of the time it happens i'm good mon - fri, not so goo fri night, sat and sunday.
*shakes head and puts in hands*
i lost 4 stone for my wedding, i got married 18 months ago, after the wedding i put 2stone back on, i lost 11lbs of that on the run up to xmas, and since then i've put the 11lb back on! so i'm currently sitting at 2stone over wedding weight, and about 3 stone more than my ultimate goal! i'm so bummed i let it slip back on when i worked so dam hard to loose the 4 stone in the first place!! :-(

I think, at the moment, the only thing you need to do is make sure you log everything daily, even on a 'bad' day. That way, you can see when and what you eat. That will give you a starting point from which you can make adjustments. You may find you need to eat more than recommended, or less.0
