I have just been logging it as high intensity aerobics. I don't have a heart monitor yet to let me know my actual cals burned.0

I create my own exercise descriptions and put whatever dvd I did. I use my HRM to give me actual calorie burns
A HRM is highly recommended as some people burn as little as 300 and as high as 1000 calories per session. It all depends on the person.

I've been wondering the same thing. Specifically, how would you log Cardio Abs if you do NOT have an HRM and do not already know how many calories you burned? I am just logging it as Calisthenics for now. Thanks0
