I have just been logging it as high intensity aerobics. I don't have a heart monitor yet to let me know my actual cals burned.

I create my own exercise descriptions and put whatever dvd I did. I use my HRM to give me actual calorie burns :) A HRM is highly recommended as some people burn as little as 300 and as high as 1000 calories per session. It all depends on the person.

If you don't have a HRM, log it under calisthenics...
  • I've been wondering the same thing. Specifically, how would you log Cardio Abs if you do NOT have an HRM and do not already know how many calories you burned? I am just logging it as Calisthenics for now. Thanks
