How do you remember to take your vitamins?
I have the best of intentions but 50% of the time I totally forget and I hate that. I need to make sure I take them everyday. I also don't want to leave them sitting out on the counter all the time, I like to keep the counters clear. Thanks!

How not to get ran over on a bike?
I am new to biking and it makes me a nervous wreck riding with traffic. Running never bothers me because I am going against traffic and I can tell if a car sees me or not and if I have to I could jump in the grass. I want some so bad!! LOL. I heard it tastes like a banana Laffy Taffy (which I LOVE!) I think it would be amazing in yogurt or to make Popcicles. Anyone tried it and loved/hated it? I usually buy Optimum Nutrition brand.

I got it last night and have set it up but when I synced it today, the time is all jacked up! I ran at 6am this morning and it shows I ran at 2pm?? The input all looks right for the day but the time it happened is all wrong. I checked and my time zone is correct. How do I fix it?

Protein shakes on rest days?
Sunday is generally my only rest day but there is no way I can hit my protein goal that day without a shake with protein powder, especially since I don't have any exercise calories to eat back. Is it OK to make them on my rest days or are they more just for work out days??

I am signed up for one at the end of April and I am SO excited! The farthest I have ran so far is 6 miles. I am doing a mini-triathlon tomorrow and then I am kicking into hard core 1/2 marathon training. I want to start lifting weights in my arms and core too.
