whats everyones UGW and why?
mine is about 130lbs because im going by bmi and thats the lowest i can go and still have an healthy BMI and hopefully be a small uk size 8 :happy:

im about 173cm or 5'8 and im UGW is about 130lbs iv got quite alot of muscle tho so wont be able to get much smaller

usually under on cals but over on protein?
i am on a 1290cal a day plan and because i usually burn 500cals a day through exercise i am always under on cals but ually over on protein. i dont think i eat too much will this affect weight loss? thanks

wanting to get into running any advice?

anyone get headaches after lots of exercise?
what can cause this? i keep getting a headache above my left eyebrow its pretty painfull and happens after exercise or busy days :frown:

bit confused about eating back exercise cals????
ok so iv been using this site afew weeks now and i have just checked my reports and even tho im getting between 1300-1600 cals my net cals are never over 1200 and some days are at 900. will this not just make my body go into starvation mode? im really trying to eat more as want to lose some more weight i havent gained or…

how often should i do weights for arm weight loss?
i dont want to get muscles as im a girl! i just want less flabby upper arms. i have some small 1.5kg weights and just wondering how often i should use them and how many reps for more toned arms?

just started drinking 8 cups of water aday so when will the
i used to be pretty bad and only had maybe 2 cups of drink aday! now iv upped it to 5 cups of green tea and 3 cups of water and i feel like im pregnant all over again with the amount of times im peeing! does this calm down? will my body get used to it?

how is it possible iv lost 10lbs in 1 week bit worried??
i weighed myself on monday on my wii fit but the batteries where low and then i did it again today with fresh batteries and it said iv lost 10lbs! i dont think this is possible! i repeated the weigh in 6 times and each time it said 10lb loss! i have been eating better and exercising loads more but i dont look 10lbs…

finding it difficult to up cals in a healthy way!
im trying to eat at least 1200cals but finding it difficult with how active i am! after exercise all week the most im getting is around 900-1000. the usual way i up cals is through sweets and bad carbs etc, what can i eat to up cals in a healthy way so my body doesnt store fats and i start losing weight!

cant seem to lose anything!
hi, im new to site after having my baby 6mnths ago iv done great lost all weight and more in total 2.8stone, but i now find it hard to keep it off and cant lose my last stone. i exercise alot and dont snack, so i think im storing fats from not consumming enough cals, i cant eat more i really cant anyone any suggestions?
