Nuts are usually pretty great. Almonds have a fair amount of calories per serving but they are super good for you. Even eating a half of peanut butter sandwich wouldn't be too bad.0

I posted something similar recently. The consensus was: peanut butter and avacados.0

And bananas. Maybe with the peanut butter lol!0

Wow! I wish I had these types of problems. This only becomes a problem for me when I try to eat more than 2500.0

I have the same issue.. Add an Ensure drink for between meal snack. They now have a good assortment of flavors and multivitamen mixes. When I notice I am having a long day and have missed some calories I have one and it makes all the difference!0

Nuts, nut butters, avocado, healthy oils (olive, coconut), real butter, whole cream, whole milk as opposed to skim, full fat (and flavour) miracle whip/ mayo, full fat salad dressings... just shift some of your current low fat options to full fat versions to get extra and healthy calories.0

i know the feeling (i am between 2600-3000).
Cooking foods in olive oil helps too (1 tbsp = 120 calories). Also, just like you train your body to get stronger, you need to train your body to eat more. Eat more frequently, i found eating 7 x a day has helped me.0 -
Flaxseed oil, the kind with omega 3, 6 & 9 - from Whole Foods. Coconut butter is awesome... nuts... I agree, you probably want healthy fats.0
