Does anyone know how you can calculate the calories burned using weights/kettlebells in your workout as there are no calories calculated on the app. I suppose this is because it differs with your own body weight.

Unsocial working hours
I work 13 hour days which leaves no time for exercise. Often 3 in a row. How do others deal with exercise when working patterns are like this?
