calculating calories from weight training

Does anyone know how you can calculate the calories burned using weights/kettlebells in your workout as there are no calories calculated on the app. I suppose this is because it differs with your own body weight.

You can use a MET calculator:

you have to realistic about your intensity level and also realise that any calculation like this is a best-guesstimate derived from statistical data.0 -

You don't need to go to another site to get an estimate using the metabolic equivalent of tasks (METs) method, because MFP uses METs to provide estimated Calories burned for pre-loaded activities.0
