I am a 53 year old post menopausal lady on HRT who needs to lose 22 pounds. I have lost 4lbs so far. I used to be quite fit having quit smoking in 2011 and taken up fitness as my new addiction. However I had a few life crises last year and reverted to old and bad habits. I'm now off the *kitten* 2 months again and back into exercise.
Would like contact from ladies in similar circumstances.
