Antidepressants and weight gain - Is there any hope?
I've been taking 200mg of Zoloft for over a year now, and - after meeting with my psychiatrist today - I'm being switched to Lexapro because he thinks I might not have as much weight gain on it. What nutrients should I be tracking for weight loss?
I'm definitely adding sugars and carbs, but what else? I know tracking calories isn't the best way to lose weight, so what else should I be examining in my food entries? :)

I need people to bully me into good health!
Looking for some people to yell at me when I don't post and whatnot. :) (Not literally, of course, but you know what I mean.) And please yell at me to not drink soda. Goodness gracious.

Motivation only lasts a few days?
Once every month or so, I get this great I-will-work-out-every-day-and-not-drink-soda-ever-again sort of mindset, but it seems to only last a day or (if I'm lucky) a few days. I still meet my calorie goal each day and work out 3 times a week, but I feel like I could do more. How can I strengthen my willpower?

Anyone struggling with weight loss and depression?
Depression doesn't make anything easy, does it? :) Trying to lose weight, but when I don't see immediate results, I get really down and think that being skinny is just an unreachable dream. Any advice for keeping those thoughts at bay?
