Feeling Guilty
Feeling guilty about eating a piece of my dads bread (which he makes fresh every morning) at 9 pm !! im going to bed at 10 and it takes 4 hours to digest food . I dont know what is wrong with me . difference between moderate biking and light biking?
When i go on bikerides i usually dont stop and put the gear on 4, so i dont know if that is considered moderate or light! I do not currently have a heart rate moniter either! help pelase thanks xx
