Hey guys!
Okay so i became a member in January (around that time)
and I logged on a few times but then I stopped
Now I'm back on and taking this thing very seriously!
So i'd be more than happy to have a few more friends on here to motivate me etc

I've just joined as it seems a cool place for help and encouragement, good luck :-)0 -
I'm new to myfitnesspal, but not a health journey. I am an independent Beachbody coach helping others with their goals and I have my own goals to work on as well.
I just had a baby (3rd time around) 5 weeks ago and decided to use this site as a quick guide on my phone. Caloric intake really is key along with clean eating and a challenging workout program to reaching those goals we set out.
Glad you are back on here putting your health first again. It isn't always easy, but oh so worth it.
