This is so silly...
What are people's experiences around long-distance relationships and getting to know each other by way of online dating? I "met" a guy online who lives about 6 hours away. It seems we could hit it off but I am not sure whether or not to be open about it.

Workout Burn Out
I think I just had what could be the worst possible workout ever. I at least pumped out 20 minutes on the elliptical. I fear this might be a result of burnout from all the running that I have been doing this week totaling, so far, 10 miles (over four days of working out). Does anyone have experience with training for 5Ks?…

Breasts (Sorry Guys!)
So, I just looked in the mirror after having gotten out of the shower. My breasts look overtaken by stretch marks. It is CRAZY. Has anyone else noticed this as a problem, what have you done about it?

Fitness Certs
I am thinking of taking my passion to the streets, so to speak. I am a Mad Dogg Certified Spinning Instructor. I feel like NSCA, NASM and ACE are the three certs worth something. I'd love others' input on this as I pursue further education!

Another Shakeology and Power 90 question.
I got shakeology and mixed the chocolate with light and fit toasted coconut vanilla yogurt. I hope I like it in the am (keeping it cold in the fridge overnight for a quick breakfast). I am a bit of a perfectionist and some spilled. Should I eat anything else with it? I get really hungry by mid-morning so I might have some…

Carbs vs. Sugars
So, as a diabetic I have been taught to watch my carbohydrates religiously. So, here I have made it a macro but I also added sugar. I am usually in range on carbs that my dietitian gave me but I am curious about those pesky sugars. How important are they in weight loss? Are they a macro that I really must worry about if my…

men's health and women
So, I was looking online for new medicine ball exercises since I have a new 8 lb ball. I came across this one: http://www.menshealth.com/fitness/ultimate-medicine-ball-workout I did it last night and my core and legs are pretty sore. However, my arms are also feeling it quite nicely. I guess the part I love about fitness…

Worst Day Ever
So, this morning, I steered clear of my typical vitalicious muffin, egg beater omelette and a protein shake. If you look at my diary, you'll see how this screwed me over completely and oatmeal is the culprit. Now, I am ending the day with a pretty high glucose level (in comparison to my usual end) and still hungry! I also…

Deficits and such
So, I need help. I feel a little disappointed. Today, I weighed myself, after a meal and a few drinks of water, at the gym, around noon. I was doing really well, I thought, because I look a bit slimmer. Though, since my last weigh in two weeks ago, I gained five pounds. I was floored. I have been doing 30-45 minutes of…

vitalicious products
I have to say that my saving grace is vitalicious products. While looking for low-carb, yet whole grain, and still maintaining a low-calorie diet, I love all that they have to offer. I love the sugar-free, velevety chocolate vitatops (only 90 calories). It is basically a brownie with a smooth chocolatey taste. I love it so…

New to MFP - Recently Diagnosed Diabetic
Hello All: I am a recently diagnosed diabetic with several other factors making my diet even more restricted. I only can have around 100-110g of carbs a day, and 110-120g of protein a day. Basically, it is a balanced, yet high, protein diet. I use a lot of atkins products, low-carb shakes (like EAS, despite the heavy metal…
