When I add my cardio it gives me extra calories. Since I'm trying to lose, I want to stay at 1200 and do the 30 minutes of cardio each day. I thought the rule of thumb was to eat less, excercise more. It is giving me 1 calorie for each calorie burned. Why?
Hello, I'm new to myfitnesspal and I love it. My question is about the protein amounts. I'm struggling to hit my calories and carbs, but I exceed my protein by -8 to -10 on average. I thought extra protein was good. Does it really hurt to go over in Protein?? Thanks for the insight!
