I completed the 20 minute run of week 5, day 3 on Friday. For those of you familiar with the program, is there any reason I couldn't just do 20 minute runs on day 1 and 2 of week 6, then the 25 minute run on day 3 of week 6? Starting HIIT - recommendations?
I played around a little bit today with HIIT at the gym today on the track. Intervals of running and walking. What works hips, outer thigh, and inner thigh?
I've been working out consistently now since early November. I'm VERY happily noticing increased muscle tone on the front of my thighs and the back. Jillian Michaels is definitely helping me there!
