Too much salmon?
I know that salmon is great for you, and I absolutely love it. But I'm afraid I might love it too much, lol. Would it be bad if I ate salmon more than three times a week? I could easily eat it every night, but it's sort of expensive, so I usually eat it about 2-4 times a week. Any advice?

Am I really Burning this much?
I just got my BodyMedia Fit LINK today, and put it on around 7-7:30 pm. It estimated that before that I had burned about 1500 calories total (based on my BMR I suppose). When I calculate how much I've eaten, should I look at net calories, or just my total intake? For instance, my net right now is 538 calories, but my total intake is around 1000.
