Okay, I would like to start the C5K program. I notice that the plan has many different time intervals, as many as 6 in some workouts. This is based on my bodymedia data, so I have a fairly good idea what I actually burn each day. Oh, perhaps I should add that I am currently 254 pounds, female, 5 foot 7, 44 years old.
