Couch to 5k?

Okay, I would like to start the C5K program. I notice that the plan has many different time intervals, as many as 6 in some workouts. I've seen interval timers that will let you set 2 different time intervals, and they beep when each interval is done. Does anyone know of a timer that will let me set 6 different intervals?
I'd really like to just concentrate on running/walking and not worry about watching the time on a stop watch... :ohwell:

If you have a smart phone you can download an app like Run Double that will tell you when to walk/run....0

There are lots of c25k apps. A voice will come on and let you know when to walk or run.0

i don't have a smart phone, so I found some free c25k podcasts and downloaded them to my mp3 player. They have the intervals on them, with music. Lots of them around if you google.0

The most timers I've seen on one unit is 4. If you don't have a smart phone, maybe you can just get a stop watch and wear it around your neck on a lanyard. It's not important that you be precise on the times, just close.0

The C25K app for my phone was only $1.99, and it's worth it to me to not have to worry about checking the timer. The app has optional settings so that it will vibrate and/or give a verbal prompt when it's time to change up... without disabling the music playlist. I haven't tried any of the free apps because I couldn't find one that offered all of the features that the paid app offered.0

Well I don't have a smart phone. I do have an ipod around here somewhere, but I'll need new ear buds, thanks!0
