Juicing
Anyone else here "juice"? How are you calculating the nutritional values, since you don't actually eat the fiber/pulp? Would you consider this any different, or just count the calories all the same? For me I'm just doing a recipe in the recipe builder, and using the calorie count I'm told. Thoughts?

ITB injury?
I started having left hip pain a few weeks before running my 1/2 marathon on 2/19. For those of you that donate blood, how long does it take for you to feel recovered enough to do a long run? Do you feel it much? I'm considering donating again, probably a week after my 1/2 marathon on the 19th, and just wondered how you other runners feel while running, after donating blood?

So MFP has rewarded my weight loss.... by further decreasing my daily calorie goal! Yes, this is very exciting, however, it just pisses me off today. Kind of gross, but...
When you're running, and your nose starts to run, what is the proper way to deal with this? When I'm in the zone, I don't want to have to "stop" to take care of this and 5 miles in, it's just annoying... anyone know what I'm talking about?

Eating your workout calories?
I've been doing this a while, and I see this a lot on the forums, but I have never really been able to clarify. What does this mean exactly? Does this mean that I should be eating my 1200 calories, plus whatever exercise calories I burn to net 1200? Any advice would be great!

Blisters after my first 1/2 marathon
I just completed my first 1/2 marathon on Sunday, and I feel great! But I have a few blisters on my feet, which I didn't expect. I am running with a shoe that is 1/2 - 1 size bigger to account for swelling, and I ran with my runner's socks. Even on my long runs during training, I never got anything close to blisters. Is…

calories burned discrepencies?
Hi everyone, I've noticed that when I'm at the gym, the machine often times says I burned fewer calories than MFP. Which ones do I go by? For instance, this morning the machine says I burned 350 calories, but on MFP it says 560+. Which one do I go by, or should I invest in a polar? Thanks, Britt
