Well, I do Zumba DVDs so I'm going to go with Zumba songs. They are very catchy. I find myself singing them throughout the day and I don't even know what I'm saying.
  • Classic rock and 80's hairband! Journey, Boston, Damn Yankees, Poison, CCR, Heart, etc. I also dig A LOT of country so I'll jam to that as well :)

EVERYTHING!!!! Top 40, Pop, Rock, Gospel, Hip Hop, Dance, Latin, World, Reggae, Alternative....ALL of it... As long as the tempo helps me keep my running pace constant. My current fav is Pumped Up Kicks by Foster the People...this song is a great pace for my longer runs right now.

I love techno, especially for running. I find myself running to the tempo without even knowing it!
American top 40, country and pretty much anything with a good beat. If you love the music you won't even notice how long you have been working out :)

I start with Fall Out Boy 'cause they are bouncy and get me pumped up, then Bad Religion for the burn. For my Zen runs and cool downs it has to be Adele.
