Jillian Michaels Extreme Shead and Shread
I recently started this workout this past week. It's Jillians latest DVD, and I was wondering if anyone else is doing it and how you like it. It's pretty long and challenging, I haven't lost anything, but i think it may be too soon. Thanks!

Has anyone noticed that their tdee if using the Harris Benedict formula for creating a calorie deficit is different from what MFP comes up with? My tdee is 1973 according to the Harris Benedict method. But according to MFP my tdee is 1830 - so it has me at a min of 1200 which is never enough for me.

I recently bought one and I worked out for an hour and 19 min and it said I only burned 175 calories? I'm wondering if it thinks I'm just walking? I did 40 of walking/running on a treadmill at an incline at fast various speeds and the last 35 min I did circuit training (jackie warner xtreme workout) Please help me…
