I have to admit this DVD is tough but it's one of my favorites that's because it works. Try to do at least one of the exercises rather than keep up with her pace when u come across an exercise that is challenging. You should really consider buying a HRM. I was going off MFP in regards to exercises cals and I was over estimating. Now that I use the HRM I have learned that I burn more cals one day and I may even burn less on the other. I just started week 2 also and I really like it. I can't do the puch ups where my legs come up either but I do get a kick out of how much I sweat. Glad I bought this DVD!!!

I won't be finished in 30 days and I even gained 3 pounds, but I do see some muscle definition especially on my legs which is great. Due to an injury I'm still on week 2 but im really enjoying the workouts, I love the variety I just bought 6 week 6 pack and plan to do both!

I got a sample of the shape shake and I immediately felt full for hours so I started the program. Well the first day I had a shake for breakfast and was starving for lunch! So disappointed, and on Sunday- the same thing! Did anyone experience the same thing?

Same thing happened to be but with TWO TAYLOR scales. What I did was keep the one that said I weighed less and returned the other,,,it's obviously broken... :/. Do the same :).

Really? That's good, I think level one is long, and I too keep losing track of how many circuits there r...3 right LOL!!!! I go to the dr on Tuesday, so hopefully I will be realeased to normal exercising.

Let me know how you like that level. Im still doing level one and it seems sooooooooooo LONNNGGGGGGG. I can't stand it! I don't get some of the moves either- like the one after the dead lifts and the one where u r swinging the weight, seems redundant....

LOL I was just thinking the small thing! I also did day 4 week one and I'm so bored I can't stand it! I also do another 20 mins of abs and arms in addition to RI 30 so it's a LONG workout!

It's actually going on 3 months and I still haven't healed. It happened while running, so I can still work out I just can't run and although I'm not running I have to take it easy on the squats and lunges, I was a bit sore from it.... I go to the dr in a couple weeks so hopefully I will improve.

THe modified versions are just as hard and at least you got thru it! Way to go!!! Like I told you I finished day 2 level 1 but I'm still doing the modified versions, cause I have a stress fracture on my hip and can do the Hard versions...

Did my 2nd say today level 1, and I am really liking it! I was a bit sore after the first day and I was surprised because I'm not new to cross training! I know this is level one but do the arm exercises get thougher in the other levels?

Be really careful. I ran for years on the treadmill, no problem. One day I decided to run outdoors and that's when the pains began. I had the same question, especially because the workout is only 25min... Many people squeeze other things in.. I also do indoor cycle so I'm going to keep doing that 2xs a week and - Jillian 3xs a week and squeeze in something else on the Jillian days. With Jillian I only burn 177 cals and I definitely need to do more...
