Good Day! I need to get more protein in my diet as I am working out almost every day and I'm not getting enough. Some good protein sources, like beans, I can't tolerate. Also trying to lose weight. Suggestions on the best sources??
I'm having surgery on my foot next week and will be in bed for at least a month. I'm wondering how people input their workouts using Kinesis equipment at the gym. I don't keep a record of every exercise as it is a circuit and the exercises vary with each rotation. I've been logging it under cardio. Any suggestions? I wear a Fit Bit so I have some idea how many calories I'm burning. Thanks!
