Lookings for friends for accountability
Im starting over for the zillionith time. I need to do this, I can't make any more excuses. I refuse to buy anymore clothes so I'm wearing the same things over and over. I work out 2 - 3times a week. It's my eating habits that are kicking my butt. Helppppp!!!

Exercise ideas please..
I have planar fasciitis and a pulled Achilles tendon. I can't run, walk for extended times, take kickboxing, step, Zumba or any classes that have me jumping around. Spin classes and weight training are the only things that don't aggravate it.. Need suggestions for something new and exciting please:)

Blood pressure meds and weight gain..
My bp meds were changed a few months back.l ever since then I have been gaining no matter what I eat or dont eat.. Started working out by taking spin classes 2-3 times a week.. No changes.. Any one else have this problem? Any suggestions?
