Would you mind posting a rundown of your general daily eating plan? ex. average breakfasts/lunches/dinners? Or if you have an open diary while on the paleo plan? i'm trying to get a broad idea of how those on it eat everyday because i'm interested in adopting the diet.. thank you.
I finally ordered some for the first time(very excited!) and was planning on using it as a mix-in (oatmeal, smoothies, yoghurt). However, when mixed with water, does it take the consistency of actually peanut butter? Like, if i was to make a pb&j sandwich, would i mix it with water to get a consistency? or sprinkle it on?…
weight did everyone lose in their first month of being on mfp? I've only lost 2 pounds so far.. i'm just curious if anyone else had a slow start. thanks!
This is my second week of being on mfp (started sept. 20) and have since been having stomach aches and digestion problems. I am not really overweight, 156 pounds at 5'10, but i want to get in shape and healthy again. I am on a 1200 calorie a day diet.
