Free fruit on Weight Watchers
I'm wondering why fruit is free on weight watchers and we have to count the calories? I just got a yonana machine and I think I could live on it! If I was on weight watchers I wouldn't even have to count it, crazy...

Vegetarian with too many carbs and too much sugar
Calories are usually fine for me, it's the carbs and sugar that I have trouble with. I'm a vegetarian and I eat lots of veggies.I'm almost a vegan, the only dairy I eat is ice cream and pudding. I'm going to try incorporating some sugar free puddings but I'm looking for more ideas for low carb low sugar snacks. Thanks :)

Maintaining on 1200 calories
Instead of calling it a plateau, I'm feeling like I'm maintaining my weight at 1200 calories a day. I'm 5 feet tall and I'm pretty happy with my weight, though I wouldn't mind losing a few more pounds. 30 day shred
I'm thinking about starting the 30 day shred but I'm wondering if that's all I will be able to do each day? I'm used to doing a 45 minute cardio session almost every day, sometimes with weights and I think that I will miss it. Any thoughts? I really count on the cardio to up my calorie burn :)

I'm trying to figure out how MFP makes their predictions. One day I went over 1200 calories but I had exercised a lot and it predicted my lowest weight so far. BMR and calories
My BMR is now 1,153 calories/day. If my calories are set to 1,200, doesn't that mean I won't lose weight unless I exercise?

Question about BMR
I'm confused because the BMR given to me on this site is significantly lower than all of the other calculators that I tried, by almost 100 calories. Did anyone else notice this? My BMR is now under 1200, which I guess means I have to work out even more?
