I love it. I'm in week 5 and even though I haven't used any weights yet (I hear they are used in beta), my arms are getting toned from all of the planks and pushups. It's a great workout and it flies by!

A little bit of pasta with a lot of veggies. I sauté up whatever I have in the house with garlic and put it over the pasta. Very filling.

Vanilla chex with almond milk is so good!!

I've only done two days but so far I really like it. It is hard and intense but it goes by really fast and the moves are not too complicated. I love that each day will be something different so I won't get bored.

I think telling me to use common sense is a little harsh. I was just asking a question, jeesh. Don't need to make me feel like an idiot.

I've been drinking the chocolate vegan shakeology for lunch most days for the past couple of weeks. I'm a vegan and I feel that this is helping up the protein and vitamins that I may be lacking. I add peanut butter and frozen fruit and it's delicious. I look forward to it every day. It fills me up and I'm not hungry for…

I'm 4'11" and I've lost 15 pounds. Trying to lose the last few and I've been stuck for months. I'm going to start watching carbs and sugar more closely.

I've been a vegetarian since I was a kid, feel free to add me :)

I use a heart rate monitor. But thanks for the suggestion :)

Started yesterday and I really do like it. I don't love the side lunges with the anterior raises but hopefully they will get easier. It goes by really fast and I like the good sore feeling it gives me :)

I always make my family take a million pictures because usually I hate how I look in 99% of them. The camera is not our friend. Rarely does us justice.

Peter Pan whipped is my favorite, though it's hard to find. I get it at Walmart.

I had the same questions...

I just read the post above me, and it could be something for later, when your son is older. When swimming or showering, there is a cap that goes over the area, so the needle doesn't have to be reinserted.

My husband has had Type 1 since he was 7, he's now 42. The pump has been a life saver for him and (knock on wood) diabetes hardly affects his life. Very rarely does he have low blood sugars. Of course he has to change the pump every few days and I got to see how painful that is when he had shoulder surgery and I had to…

Totally agree about the peanut butter.

I looked at your diary, you definitely need to eat more. Even if it's a couple of spoons of peanut butter.

Work out at home. Use DVD's. I did a 3 mile Walk Away the Pounds DVD with weights tonight and I burned over 320 calories.
