30 day shred

I'm thinking about starting the 30 day shred but I'm wondering if that's all I will be able to do each day? I'm used to doing a 45 minute cardio session almost every day, sometimes with weights and I think that I will miss it. Any thoughts? I really count on the cardio to up my calorie burn :)

    I started the 30 DS yesterday and still have managed to do 30 mins on the elliptical and 30 mins on the treadmill both days. That may not seem like alot but I'm 50 lbs overweight and very new to this exercise thing lol. Hope this helps :)

    I do 30 Day Shred every day and 3 60 minute gym sessions with a trainer a week. I also walk as fast as I can as often as I can and try to run on the days I don't go to the gym. You got this, girl! Your body will surprise you! Good luck!!!! I still have about 20 more pounds to lose before I can start toning.
