First time on the boards
Hi there, first time on the boards even though I have been working with the MFP app for ages. I have a 12 week old daughter and have been counting cals for the past 6 weeks. Now that the baby weight is gone, I'm starting in on the 40+ pounds from before pregnancy. Hope to meet some nice new people on this journey :)

Rest day?
I did a really vigorous workout yesterday and now I'm really sore. I woke up and stretched, but is it recommended to workout today or take a rest day? Don't want to over do it! Thanks!
