Rest day?

I did a really vigorous workout yesterday and now I'm really sore. I woke up and stretched, but is it recommended to workout today or take a rest day? Don't want to over do it! Thanks!

  • i'd say rest, or maybe jujst a gentle swim at most

    If you're sore take an active recovery day - moving can help alleviate DOMS. Keep it low impact and low intensity; walk, swim, leisurely bike ride etc

    Replace the word rest with recovery........tissue takes time to repair after a hard workout but you can still keep moving.
