So, according to my scale I'm down almost 7 pounds. However, I see no change in my body what-so-ever. Is this possible, or am I looking at needing a new scale?

Hi, I've been trying to keep my calories down under my limit, but it seems no matter what I do, I end up going over in something like carbs or :embarassed: sugar. Can anyone recommend a few things to eat that are really decent across the board? Thanks!! :bigsmile:
