Fool proof foods

Hi,

I've been trying to keep my calories down under my limit, but it seems no matter what I do, I end up going over in something like carbs or :embarassed: sugar. Can anyone recommend a few things to eat that are really decent across the board?

    I know what you mean...across the board foods are tough to find but please keep in mind...at least for me...the suggested numbers may be a little off...I stay within total calories but am oftren over on sugar (26 is low if you have any fruit) and always over on protein...so the total number of calories is important and also I really try to stay under on sodium...thre rest I just try not eat junk or processed foods
