So, according to my scale I'm down almost 7 pounds. However, I see no change in my body what-so-ever. Is this possible, or am I looking at needing a new scale?

yup it is possible. you should measure yourself, that way you can see exactly where you are losing the weight.0

Personally I think it's very possible that you're not seeing a change. I've lost 11 lbs, yet I'm still in the same pants size. I'm finally feeling a difference in how they fit, but I'm not quite to the point of being a smaller size. Don't get discouraged, it takes time. For you, it could be a couple more lbs and then you'll really start noticing!
Way to go on 7 lbs!!!0 -
this is totally possible if you are just starting out. You may be losing a lot of "water weight". I'm no expert but that's what I've always been told. Especially if you are drinking a lot of water.0
