I'm doing 60 min of cardio a day. Too much?
I've been doing cardio for 29 days straight now and have been mostly been doing 60 minutes per day. Is this too much? I've only lost 6 lbs so far but understand my body is adjusting to my new lifestyle and storing glycogen. I do 10 min of warm-up, 30 minutes of moderate, 15 minutes of aggressive and 5 minutes of cool down.…

WHEN to eat???????
I find myself eating about 60% of my caloric intake for my evening meal. I almost never eat past 7pm but I was just wondering if my evening meal should be less.

Most effective snacks?
What have you found to be the most effective sweet and non-sweet snacks? Too many times they are not very filling. The best I've found so far is Quaker Quakes. Very filling and scratches the itch. I was just wondering if any of you had other suggestions....again, sweet or non-sweet.
