Eating less carbs
Hello, I seem to have a problem eating too many carbs. I don't always have bread or pasta with every meal, usually 2/3 meals I will. Any ideas on how I can eat less?

Confused!
This question may be pretty dumb, but I'm confused! I just calculated my BMR, and it is 1,295. Therefore, I need to eat 1,295 calories per day. If I exercise and generally don't feel hungry for more food, will my body go into starvation mode if I net under 1,200 calories? Thank you for any help! :)
