Possibly dumb sodium question...
I think I know the answer to this question but I want to ask all you smart MFP folks to see what you say....so here goes: If you go over your sodium intake by a significant amount, should you drink even more water to help with that?? And also, will drinking more water actually help or am I just hoping?? Thanks again :)

Amount of protein after workout?
Hi there, I am female, about 140lbs, doing interval training for 30 minutes daily. I usually get my daily protein intake from my food (or close to it) so my question is; how much protein do I have to ingest after my workout in order to help my muscles the way protein should??
