I would most def recommend this!! I had great success... and the nice thing about it is that there are different moderations you can do to suit your needs (she explains this in the video). For me, it was totally worth the $10 and 30 mins a day!!!! GO for it girl!!

Thanks for the responses, I should also point out that I never go hungry, and eating usually 1300-1400 NET cals keeps me very full and never leaves me wanting more.... so if it were recommended to eat more then that I honestly do not know how I would stuff it in my belly haha :)

LOVE the shred!! Did it yesterday, and my goodness my thighs are SCREAMING this morning haha!!! But Im going to do it again, the only way is to work through the burn!!!! And yes, its only about 30 mins by the time you warm up and cool down!
